David-Gallagher

David was appointed CEO in February 2010 having held a number of roles within the TR business. These roles included Branch Manager, Marketing Manager and Director of Operations. Prior to joining TR, David worked as Export Manager for Recoil Pty Ltd., an Advent Private Capital investee company. The role covered North Asia (including China) South East Asia and the subcontinent, including branch responsibility in Singapore and Thailand. David also worked for Davey Products as Export Manager. This role covered the South Pacific, South East Asia and Southern Africa.

Gavan-McColl

Gavan has been CFO of the TR Group since August 2010.

Gavan has held a number of senior finance roles within public and private companies including as CFO of AH Plant Hire for 11 years (originally part of Nylex Ltd and now part of Coates Hire), Kent Moving & Storage, ANL Shipping & Logistics and Impact Fertilisers. Prior to this Gavan worked for a number of years as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Melbourne and in London.

Gavan holds a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting from Monash University, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the TR Board.

Dennis-Banfield
Dennis joined the TechRentals team in 2015 as General Manager with extensive senior executive experience across a range of areas. His background has included time in sales, wholesale, retail, network development, and franchising. In the 15 years prior to his latest appointment, Dennis has held key senior roles with firms such as API, Blockbuster Australia & New Zealand, Dick Smith Electronics, and Iridium.

Dennis has been recognised for his wealth of experience, professional achievements, and positive impact within the community; culminating with invitations to be a member of the Starlight Children’s Foundations Victorian Advisory Board, as well as a current Australia Day Victoria Ambassador.

Paul-DiPasquale

Paul began his working career at Ansett Airlines within the accounts department, from there moving to the construction industry where he was given opportunity to own and operate a fleet of trucks within the industry.

In 1998 Paul joined Breakthrough Communications a Premium Dealer of Motorola Two Way Radio communications as a sales representative. Paul demonstrated great drive and enthusiasm, excelling in all facets of sales and rental solutions to a large array of verticals within the market place. This resulted in many top sales awards from Motorola during that time.

In 2003 Breakthrough Communications was acquired by Bearcom U.S.A, and not long after, Paul was promoted to Victorian Sales Manager. The business was then acquired by TechRentals where Paul remained as Victorian Sales Manager until he was promoted to General Manager. During his tenure the business has grown to be the largest provider of two way radio communications rental in Australia.

Satchi-Veloo

Satchi graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Multimedia University (Cyberjaya, Malaysia). This led him into the Telecommunications field, working for Maxis Sdn Bhd and DIGI Sdn Bhd. In 2001, Satchi joined TechRentals and has held a number of roles within the business. Satchi gained experience as a Sales Engineer, Marketing and Sales Manager and was heavily involved in IT infrastructure. In 2010, Satchi was elevated to his current role as Malaysian General Manager where he oversees the business operations of Southeast Asia.
